LS. Notwithstanding his having received no answer to his previous letter, the writer sends his annual report. The report deals with the lack of priests, the necessity of the erection ¨in title¨ of his parish churches, the establishment of the Séminaire de Québec with six minor clerics [Caignet, Francheville, Gagnon, Petit, C.-A. Martin, Soumande], one of which [Caignet] is already a priest. Being in his 10th year as vic. ap., his faculties need to be confirmed. Re CG/42 of 2 Apr. 1669 [see Acta 136], Df of R.
