ALS. The Avalon project is proceeding well, and in the Spring 15/20 Catholics will go there to establish a new church; the writer is waiting for two [Discalced Carmelite] friars [Bede of the Blessed Sacrament, Elias of Jesus], who are to accompany them to the island. Avalon is said to be as large as England, less Scotland and Wales. [The balance of this item deals with England]. [In Ingoli's handwriting] PF S. Re [CG 35/13 of] 2 May 1625 [see Acta 3]. DF of PF answer (Millini, who is Protector of the Carmelite order, is responsible for providing the new mission in Avalon with missionaries). Bs: 311v, 316v.
