A. DobsonDescription:In order to film this outdoor picture, the cameraman placed his equipment close to the shores of a small lake. During the film, two caribou approach the camera position and, as if troubled by the noise, turn and go away. Someone behind the camera position shot at the second caribou, which ran to the lake and swam away. From the film, it is evident that the hunter was successful, since later two men in a canoe paddle out to the caribou's body and drag it to the shore. There is a close-up of the dead caribou on the beach. This is part of a film later released under the title of A Caribou Hunt.Language:SilentNotes:Detailed holdings information: -
