This image offers a view of the Island of Iris and the banks around the falls. Painted on the spot just below the Clifton House, this seems the perfect location to capture both falls in their greatness. There are two boats present in the water and a lifeless tree with no leaves that sits in the center, foreground of this print., There are a few stains and browned edges.
