This caricature was originally published in the "Kainai News" and was reprinted in Soop's monograph, "Soop Take A Bow" (Standoff, AL: Indian News Media Society, 1979)., "Inspite [sic] of endless sacrifices, the native people are still proud to be Canadians when they are considered and made to feel like Canadians," ("Soop Take A Bow," p. 109).
