This label may be for a hat or a hat box. The native figures appear on either side of a blank circular shield, one holds a rifle, the other a club. In the forground is water and several beavers. There is a hare (or rabbit) at the lower right and a camel at the middle left of the image. At the middle right and the middle background are native hunters firing rifles. Among the background foliage is a palm tree. The hair of the animals represents what was used in making the felt for hats. The whole image is surrounded by an elaborate border.
