A homemade 4-page booklet made by Maggs as a child. The cover page consists of an image depicting a music bar curved like a rainbow, accompanied by the following text: SPECIAL SONG SHEET / "Over The Rainbow" / BY E.Y. HARBURG & HAROLD ARLEN / FROM "WIZARD OF OZ" / FEAT. JUDY GARLAND / [a tiny drawing of a star within a circle] A&V SPECIAL NON-COPYRIGHT, The verso of the cover page carries a seal bearing the initials "A&V". The recto of the following two pages feature the words to the song "Over the Rainbow" as well as a smaller version of the seal of the previous page located in the top left corner. The last page is bare on its recto and features this text on its verso: (FROM M-G-M PICTURE "THE WIZARD OF OZ"), Item found in Maggs' storage box #5. The adhesive tape that was used to bind the book has become dry and brittle.
