These unedited recordings consist of testimony recorded by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Vancouver, British Columbia. Testimony resumes from 30 March 1994. Testimony is heard from Barbara Smith, mother of the late [Douglas] Smith, a hemophiliac who was infected with HIV, Darlene Taylor, mother of the late [Chris] Taylor, an HIV-infected hemophiliac, Terry Waines, mother of [Rick Waines], also a hemophiliac with HIV and Diane Rudd, widow of [Bill] Rudd, an HIV-infected hemophiliac. The panel is conducted by Katheryn Podrebarac with additional questioning by Pierre Lavigne. Testimony is also provided by Garry Colley, an HIV-infected hemophiliac, Lyle Steliga, another hemophiliac with HIV, and his spouse Kama Steliga, and John Mervyn, a hemophiliac with HIV, and his partner Pamela Schwarze. The panel is conducted by William A. Selnes with additional questioning by Katheryn Podrebarac and Pierre Lavigne. Further testimony is provided by Douglas Paul Walker, widow of a HIV-positive blood transfusion recipient, John B. McCutcheon, who also got HIV from a blood transfusion, and his wife Margaret McCutcheon, and Joan Moulton Drew, who was secondarily infected by her late husband who received tainted blood products. Drew is accompanied by her daughter Janet Maureen Batt. The panel is conducted by Selnes. Final testimony is provided by Ann Douglas, mother of the late [Kenneth] Douglas, an HIV-infected hemophiliac, Laura Coris, daughter of an individual who died of hepatitis C, and Barbara Dungey, who was secondarily infected by her husband, who received tainted blood products and then died. Dungey is accompanied by her second husband Bradley Dungey.
