The principal gets the worst of it as Caesar and Reiner demonstrate on him what supposedly happened.~A matador simulates the killing of a bull in a choreographed skit.~Take off on World War I. Two German air aces (Caesar and Reiner) and a Major (Morris) decide to use a zeppelin for a bombing raid on London but end up blowing themselves up.~Howard Morris plays Napoleon at court, flirting with ladies in a pantomine.~In the last skit, Caesar, Reiner and Morris play circus acrobats.
