Depicted is an older/retirement age Canadian male tourist, dressed in casual cottage type attire, who is, presumably, going abroad for his vacation. In his right hand, he is carrying a suitcase of clothing; while, in his left hand, he holds another suitcase packed to overflowing with dollars, bearing the initials "G.S.T." - the latter presumably symbolic of GST dollars that are leaving Canada and, therefore, are tax dollars that are lost to the Canadian economy
