The drawing depicts a view of a fort and tower from a river. The paper bears on embossed stamp u.r. corner; it shows a crown in a circle. This drawing is mounted on the same board with another Wallis drawing (acc. no. 1974-51-72)., June 1975 - visual inspection revealed that the paper is discoloured and abuckled. The mount is foxed and discoloured., The work is blued down on all sides to a heavy white board on which is mounted another work by Wallis (acc. no. 1974-51-72).
