The item is a special Christmas card. The front flap has a cut-out revealing part of the inscription on the recto of the back flap. The cut-out is bordered by a design of holly. The artist has drawn a leaf in pencil on the recto front flap, as well as a bear talking on the phone on the recto back flap. The bear is suppose to be the artist whose nick-name was 'Bupa'. The artist has drawn an ivy leaf on the front & inside this card. His wife's name was 'IVY'. (G.G. 1986), April 1975 - When accessioned the card was soiled.
