This etching is very similar (except in size) to another of the same subject by Chalmers in LAC collection see art accession no. 1992-696X-2. Details are different such as the apparel seen on the clothesline, this has left to right: small towel, pants (upright), pants (upside-down), pants ? (upside-down), towel; large building in the background is very faint and sketchy; the alley in the foreground shows more sunlight (white areas). In general the etching seems less detailed and more sketchy overall.
