Dried pressed seaweed laid down in an arrangement on a sheet of bristol board which is in turn laid down on the album page. The artist has also cut out small glossy coloured paper in the shape of shells., This is image 32 of [33] photographic images and artworks attributed to the "A Souvenir of Victoria" album. The original order of the materials in the album was not confirmed when the album was dismantled and the images separated by medium for preservation treatment. The artworks in the accession were assigned new LAC item numbers following the album's dismantlement. Creator item numbers have been added to reflect the oldest known order of the images in the album, and are based on an early finding aid. Please use the item number indicated by the terms of use for any attribution or credit line.
