head and partial torso; oval; oval held by an intricate composition of figures, The work depicts an oval portrait of the regent supported by allegorical figures and symbolic references as well as a reference to money and the Bank Royals., The work is soiled and foxed. The platemarks have cropped and there are two paper remnants on the verso.
