He talks about the importance of the records which reflect the transfer of power from Ottawa to Yellowknife and various important changes in the Territories. The second interview contains comments by Val Graham from the Yukon Historical Museum Association who speaks about the accomplishments of the organization regarding the restoration of historic buildings in the Yukon and calls for preservation of the Inuit culture. Extraneous sound clips for the Grace Hospital fund raising precede the unedited interview with Tom Irvine former Canadian Coast Guard officer on the ship Labrador who recalls the 1954 Northwest Passage voyage of the Labrador.Language:EnglishNotes:Detailed holdings information: -
