This announcement is repeated in French. The second interview features Phil Weaver of the Total Alert Corporation who discusses his company's release of a personal tracking device which is worn on the wrist or ankle and transmits a signal to locate Alzheimer patients, those requiring emergency medical alarms, wandering children, penitentiary inmates, underwater rescues and others requiring emergency care.
