On 'Hi Art' board. Frontal drawings of Judge Marcel Nichols in court robes. He has one hand clenched and is holding a pencil. He appears very irate. A police officer is leading Rose rather forcefully out of the room by the arm. Rose clutches a folder of papers and a large law book., Rose was often removed from the court for yelling abuse at the judge, court and entire legal system. He refused to adhere to Court procedure. He insisted on conducting his own defense, with the advice of Pierre Cloutier, and, for a time, with that of Robert Lemieux., Since no cameras were allowed in court, this illustration was one used on the television news to illustrate the progress of the trial., 9 Sketchbooks and 15 (approx.) large works. Sketches for political cartoons, mostly of FLQ trials, 1970-71.
