A bronze medal commemorating the life of Caribert I (or Charibert I), eigth King of France. He was the son of Clotaire I and was made King of Paris upon his father's death in 561.

The obverse side of the medal displays a bust of Caribert I by Armand Caqué.

The reverse side of the medal is engraved with a short history of Caribert.
