Two women, prioners in B.C penal institutions, talk about their heroine addiction, their crimnal life, their life in prison, and their feelings about themselves. Georgialee, a middle class student, talks at length about her experiences trafficking heroine in Vancouver. Miriam, a North American Indian, expresses her personality relating to drug addiction. Interviews with Ian Mass, a Vancouver street worker with City Centre Resource Service, shares his knowledge of addicts and addiction in the Vancouver Gas Town, Skidrow district. Marilyn Brager of the Elizabeth Fry Society brings the viewer her understanding of women law-breakers. Shots of Gas Town and Skidrow Vancouver streets.
