He speaks about the United States policy for the Pacific and its significance for Canada. He makes 5 points for U.S. foreign policy in Pacific: 1) declaration embodying equality for all races and peoples; 2) unified strong China; 3) weakening of Japan; 4) in quarrels between Imperial powers and colonies in Pacific, the U.S. should not side with Imperial powers; 5) Hawaii to become 49th state and take over Japanese mandated islands.
