Description:

Unedited film of the activities of a medical unit. Part may have been filmed in Britain and part at the front. Shots include: panoramic view of barracks; ward with nurses and patients; kitchen with cooks, nurses and orderlies greasing pans, opening cans, serving food; soldier removing items from a large sterilizer; nurse attending to patient's face; operating theatre with nurses, doctors, anaethetist and patient; officers lawn bowling in ornamental garden; nurses and officers drinking tea at a garden party at a large house; male ambulance drivers receive their assignments; wounded soldiers outside smoking; soldiers prepare hundreds of loaves of bread in a tent, bake them in outside ovens and load them on trucks; soldiers repair trucks, cars and motorcycles including a Canadian ambulance; soldiers standing holding horse's briddles. <10mn>
