Four segments of stock video footage of Brian Mulroney. They are: silent video of head-and-shoulders shots of Brian Mulroney and Joe Clark standing next to one another; silent video of Brian Mulroney working at his desk, reading and on the telephone; Brian and Mila Mulroney with sons Nicholas and Mark at an event in which various adults and children listen to a reading from the children's story The Hockey Sweater by Roch Carrier, and silent video of a cabinet meeting at which are shown Brian Mulroney and various ministers, including Joe Clark, John Crosbie, Lucien Bouchard, Michael Wilson, Perrin Beauty, Marcel Masse and Barbara McDougall. The footage of the reading includes wild sound. Parts of The Hockey Sweater are read by various people, including Roch Carrier, Mila Mulroney and Brian Mulroney. During the reading, the camera is on the Mulroneys most of the time, including close-ups of Mila and Nicolas. The reading of The Hockey Sweater is followed by a reading by a woman learning to read, about how literacy has helped her.
