According to The Films of the Ontario Motion Picture Bureau - A Preliminary Catalogue, prepared for the A-V Sector of the Cartographic and Audio-Visual Archives, National Archives of Canada, July 1993, this film was originally produced by Canadian Aero in 1919, and was purchased by the Ontario Motion Picture Bureau. The catalogue also cites Filmcraft as the production company.~3. The Films of the Ontario Motion Picture Bureau - A Preliminary Catalogue speculates that this film was reworked as TORONTO, A GREAT CITY sometime after 1923.~4. This film is listed in the 1923 Ontario Motion Picture Bureau catalogue.~5. The Ontario Motion Picture Bureau numbers catalogue numbers for this 2-reel film are 1349 and 1350.
