Arrêt du Conseil d'État du Roi ordonnant l'exécution de l'arrêt du Conseil du 24 mars 1722, et des autres règlements rendus au sujet des droits de courtiers-jaugeurs, inspecteurs aux boissons et aux boucheries; en conséquence, ordonnant que nonobstant un arrêt de la Cour des aides de Rouen, du 18 mars 1760, les contestations nées et à naître au sujet de ces droits, continueront d'être portées devant les sieurs intendants et commissaires départis dans la province de Normandie, comme avant l'arrêt de la Cour des aides enjoignant à tous juges de recevoir l'affirmation des procès-verbaux des employés et à tous procureurs, huissiers, sergents et autres officiers de justice, de faire tous les exploits, assignations ou autres actes concernant l'instruction des contestations au sujet de ces droits, et pour l'exécution des ordonnances des dits sieurs commissaires départis, à la première réquisition, à peine d'amende et des dépens, dommages et intérêts de l'adjudicataire général des fermes, et de ses employés, avec défense aux élus de faire, pour raison de ce, aucune poursuite, soit au civil, soit au criminel, contre les procureurs, huissiers ou sergents ou contre les directeurs-receveurs, commis ou préposés de l'adjudicataire général des fermes de Sa Majesté, à peine d'interdiction de leurs charges, de 3,000 livres d'amende et de tous dépens, dommages et intérêts.
