Footage shows a meeting of the Supreme Soviet in Moscow, when the decision is taken for Nikita Khrushchev to succeed Nikolai Bulganin. There is a longshot of Khrushchev.~Film on Cuban rebels in Havana where they are seen mixing Molotov cocktails. They are also seen marching with guns.~Footage of a portable houseboat that looks like a trailer but also functions as a boat. Max Sonino says he plans to cross the ocean in it.~Footage of European ballet dancers Marquis de Cuevas and Serge Lifar fighting in a duel.~One million horsepower coming up. Report on the Chutes des Passes power project on the Peribonka River in Quebec. The Alcan Aluminum Company planned and is building the power project because it needs more power.
