The Ontario views are both mounted on the same sort of card, perhaps indicating the same original source. The "Ottawa" photograph shows an "Ottawa Hotel", but the Ottawa city directory does not show this.
hotel in the proper relation to other identifiable businesses visible in the photo; the identification is putative. The other photograph appears to show fruit trees of a sort not native to Ottawa..
