Description:

An address by the Right Honourable Anthony Eden to the Empire Club of Canada luncheon at the Royal York Hotel, Toronto.~Eden is introduced by Major F.L. Clouse, President of the Empire Club of Canada. Eden pays a tribute to Vincent Massey, who was until recently Canadian High Commissioner in London. He also pays tribute to Canada's fighting men and Canada's great contribution during World War II.~He describes some of the discussion that took place at the recent Bermuda Conference.~He concludes that it is only by keeping faith that we can win the peace as we won the war. <40mn>
