Series consists of correspondence, news clippings, drafts, and legal correspondence regarding a legal case over a property that was held in trust by the Twenty Trustees represented by Gus Marmon, and the Greek Community of Toronto represented by Peter Palmer (former President of the community). Includes correspondence, drafts and memorandums concerning a legal case of the Greek Community of Toronto vs. Father Neophytos Spyros. Also includes documents relating to changes in the by-laws of the Greek Community of Toronto. Also included is a small amount of correspondence concerning the community vs. C. Christophorou (a Greek school teacher), and legal action against the community by the Ladies of Philoptochos of St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
