Louie Koutis reports on waste being dumped at the Forest Lawn landfill site.~3) HAMBURGER DISEASE. The effects of this disease on a two-year old child are reported by Shelley Swirski.~4) FLOOD ALERT. Flood warnings are reported from Revelstoke B.C.~5) RIG SHUTDOWN. John Gulka reports on idle oil drilling equipment in Alberta.~6) MEECH LAKE ACCORD. Footage include MLA Elijah Harper in a Manitoba Legislative Assembly session. Harper stalled the accord for the fourth time, with ratification a week away.~7) NEW RULES. Report on legislation to prevent strippers from taking everything off.~8) TORCH RUN. The report includes footage of a special Olympics run by law enforcement detachments to raise money for Alberta's mentally handicapped.~9) [WEATHER]. The weekend weather is forecast by Jim Hughes.~10) [SPORTS] Sports anchor Ed Whalen is presented with a 35th anniversary cake by CHCT-TV.
