This accession consists of operational records created and/or maintained by Health and Welfare Canada pertaining to the Manitoba Basic Annual Income Project - MINCOME. MINCOME was a joint Canada - Manitoba government project / experiment undertaken between 1972-1979 concerning a guaranteed annual income involving a large number of Manitoba families. These records include the survey files, data input forms, sample forms, Federal Remote Move Study, Labour Market Job Vacancy Survey, Baseline data, etc.
