Sub-series consists of papers relating to George Hallen's education and his ministry as a priest of the Church of England. They include school memorabilia, official documents such as his ordination certificate, a certificate of appreciation upon his retirement, and a short autobiographical account of his career. Financial and administrative documents connected to church matters are also found. Also included are correspondence with colleagues and parishioners written during his chaplaincy at Penetanguishene, and a small amount of correspondence with Bishop John Strachan of Toronto and Bishop George Mountain Jehoshaphat of Montreal.
