Espace Musique Concert Society : Concert society founded in 1979 by Gerald Corey with the primary aim of developing and promoting contemporary music in Ottawa. The Espace Musique Concert Society hosted numerous musical ensembles, such as the Canadian Electronic Ensemble, the Ensemble Daedaleus, the Pierrot Ensemble, Arraymusic, the Schoenberg Ensemble, Lontano and the Nouvel Ensemble Moderne. The organization ceased operations after a final concert in October 2002.
