This accession consists of secret and confidential files of the Occupational Health and Safety Program of the Department of Labour from 1969 to 1993. They deal with Legislation, Safety and Regulations, Standards, Part II and Part IV of the Canada Labour Code (including the major re-write of 1980). Subjects include: AIDS in the Workplace, Jurisdiction of Uranium Mining, memorandums of understanding, and the National Strategy for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities.
