The sub-series consists of miscellaneous records accumulated by Veronica Tennant relating to her career with the National Ballet of Canada, as well as records her mother, Doris Tennant, collected for her fonds. Included are critical notes Celia Franca made on Tennant's performances/rehearsals, her own notes on dance and dance training, schedules documenting her performances, publicity material, documentation on her guest appearances and on her farewell gala, and correspondence and memoranda documenting her presentation to the National Ballet's search committee in 1996, when she was invited to be considered for the post of artistic director. There are extensive dance programmes for her performances with the National Ballet and as a guest artist appearing with other companies while with the National Ballet. A few National Ballet programmes dating from before her career with the company were kept in the series. Most of the programmes were collected by Doris Tennant.

Photographs include publicity photographs of performances with the National Ballet Company (largely 1970s and 1980s productions) alone or with other dancers such as Frank Augustyn, Rudolf Nureyev and Tomas Schramek performing in various ballets including but not limited to La Fille mal gardée, La Sylphide, Le Corsaire and Sleeping Beauty. Also documented is Veronica Tennant's dressing room and Tennant greeting dignitaries such as Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney and Princess Margaret and Queen Elizabeth. Notable photographers include Andrew Oxenham, Reg Innell, Thomas Butler, Ken Bell, William Haber and Lila Diamond.It also includes photographs of Veronica Tennant exercicing in rehersal.
