General note:

George Hall, a partner of the firm, Brett & Hall, was a son-in-law of the General Manager of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway. Information regarding shorelines, property lines and ownership taken from print furnished by B.B. Kelliher, Chief Engineer, GTPR, dated 9 March 1908. This plan accompanies a report dated 16 April 1909, which is in the acquisition documentation file. The plans for Prince George remind of ideas promoted by the "City Beautiful" movement of that period.
