Legal documents on the settling of Scott's estate after he died in Edmonton AB in 1935.Provenance:Additional name(s):Biography/Administrative history:Scott, Robert Walton, 1875-1935 : R.W. Scott was born in Pakenham ON in 1875 and later moved to Leduc AB. He volunteered to serve in the Canadian military in Feb. 1916 and became a sapper in the Canadian Engineers. He was taken prisoner in Oct. 1916 and remained in German prisoner of war camps until Nov. 1918. Scott died in Edmonton AB in 1935.Additional information:General note:Received in 2002 from the estate of Naomi Jackson Groves.Custodial history:James Walton Groves, a nephew of R.W.
