This album, comprised of 51 pages on which 112 photographs are mounted, documents Fort Norman, Norman Wells, and Eldorado Gold Mines Ltd. There are no captions so the photographs do not have much context. In general, the album is of mining procedures, machinery and processes. The Fort Norman photographs display the settlement's buildings and people. Photos by O.S. Finnie (1925); A.H. Perry; M. Meikle (1931, 1936, 1937, 1940, 1942, 1944, 1945); L.T. Burwash (1930); F. Clarke (1931); D.L. McKeand (1921); Imperial Oil Ltd. (1937); and Associated Screen News. Most photographs in the album are by M. Meikle, with A.S.N. providing a series on Eldorado Gold Mines Ltd.
