This album, comprised of 72 pages on which 226 photographs are mounted, is mainly comprised of various mining practices and equipment used in Western Canada during the early twentieth century. There is also documentation of the Prince of Wales' trip to Edmonton in 1919. Photos by O.S. Finnie for the Department of the Interior. There are also some prints from the Wolfe Studio (see album page 42 and 46), a commerical photography studio owned by Frank E. Wolfe.
