Item is an extract from the diary of Henry Tyler, presumably from Ireland, of his tour of Canada, August 1836 to November 1837. Starting from Niagara, he travels as far as Montreal, spending considerable time in Trafalgar Township hunting at Barrie. He comments on life in the bush. The extracts include pages 124 to 145 from the diary. This material is located on microfilm reel A-2165.
