Fonds consists of a scrapbook which documents the 1968 National Liberal Convention in Ottawa. MacCulloch was responsible for communications for leadership candidate Mitchell Sharp, and after he retired from the race, MacCulloch worked for the Trudeau campaign. His scrapbook provides a unique view of the convention from the convention floor and includes candid photographs of the event and candidates, thank you letters, clippings, a copy of Sharp's retirement speech, a voting score sheet and other memorabilia.

MacCulloch, Patrick C., 1928- : Patrick Campbell MacCulloch was born in Bedford, England in 1928. He was educated at Bedford School and the London School of Economics, then served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Signals, Scottish Command. He began his career in the mining industry with Selection Trust Ltd in the U.K. in 1949 before being transferred to Canada in 1953. In 1957 he married Maureen McMillan with whom he had four children. From 1971-1982 MacCulloch was President of Selco Inc., and from 1982-1989 he was Senior Vice President, Mining, BP Resources Canada Ltd. Since 1990 MacCulloch has been President of Peak Consultants Ltd. MacCulloch has held several directorships and is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors, England.
