The crash of the Fokker F-28 aircraft C-FONF of Air Ontario at Dryden, Ontario, with the loss of 24 lives, on 10 March 1989, and the subsequent investigation by the Commission of Inquiry into the Air Ontario Crash at Dryden, Ontario..
