This is a preliminary description, please consult the linked accessions. Sub-sub-series consists of records created and or maintained by CBC's Parliamentary Television Network the sub-sub-series includes recordings of a sampling of the broadcasts by the Canadian Parliamentary Television Network of the U.S. space shuttle Challenger mission with Canadian Marc Garneau, including NASA coverage of the launch, in-orbit press conference with shuttle crew, interviews of Canadian scientists done by the parliamentary network, press briefings on the Canadian scientific experiments (French & English). The Parliamentary Television Network was operated by the CBC at this time but later came under private sector control and became the Cable Pubilc Affairs Channel (CPAC).
