Series consists of drafts, final copies and related material (including outlines, correspondence, publicity material, press clippings, etc.) for George Robertson's television scripts. Included is material on CBC's daytime dramatic series Moment of Truth (also sold to NBC-TV) and Scarlett Hill (also sold to ATV in the UK), as well as on CBC's prime time dramas Quentin Durgens, M.P. and House of Pride. There are also television scripts for the children's puppet show Snelgrove Snail (broadcast on YTV), as well as for other television programmes.

The moving images consist of film footage of television commercials for which George Robertson did the voiceover. The products advertised include cigarettes, automobiles, tires, soap, detergent and breakfast cereal.

Arrangement note:

Arranged chronologically by programme series, with some miscellaneous scripts filed at the beginning. A group of Quentin Durgen, M.P. scripts identified by George Robertson's widow, Phyllis Robertson, as being unproduced have been filed after the rest of the Quentin Durgen, M.P. scripts. Miscellaneous scripts identified by Phyllis Robertson as being unproduced have been filed at the end of the series.
