Collection consists of approximately 15,100 newspaper cartoons and comic strips cut from various Canadian journals and magazines including works by Leduc, Tibo, Roux, Falardeau, Hurtubise, Thériault, Girerd, Berthio, Aislin, MacPherson, Wicks and Franklin among others. Also included is a photograph of a retirement home for farmers in Edmunston, New Brunswick, 1955, and a photograph of a family group with a woman seated in a chair, 1880.
