Collection consists of photographs depicting: planes on the airfield at Bowness, Alberta; portraits of Casey Baldwin and J.A.D. McCurdy; a group of RCAF officers and civilian pilots with "Fleet Fawn I" aircraft of the RCAF, Camp Borden, Ontario; officials with Alexander Combination Wing "Eaglerock" aircraft G-CAIS the Silver Eagle of British Columbia Airways Ltd., Victoria, British Columbia, circa 1927-1928; presentation of Honorary Life Memberships in the Air Transport Association of Canada to Carl F. Burke and Tommy Fox, Ottawa, Ontario, 1968 (individuals in this photograph include -left to right- G.W. McPherson, C.F. Burke, Tommy Fox, Don Watson); consolidated "Canso" aircraft CF-JTL equipped by Austin Airways and Aircraft Industries Ltd, with water droptanks for use by the provincial Government of Quebec in water bombing forest fires. De-accessioned material consists of photographs of: Jack Austin, founder of Austin Airways, Ltd.; a retirement dinner for G/C Z.L. Leigh; portrait of James A. Richardson Sr.; crashes of Curtiss JN-4 aircraft of the Royal Flying Corps, apparently at various stations in Ontario, circa 1917-1918; aerial views of St. Lambert, Quebec, circa 1920; aspects of the careers in Canadian military and civil aviation of the following members of Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame including Russell Bannock, Tommy (T.P.) Fox, Jack (W.J.) Sanderson, Elsie Gregory MacGill; photographs of portraits done for Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame by Irma Councill. De-accessioned material is now located at Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame.

Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame : Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame, presently located in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, was incorporated August 2, 1973 in Edmonton, Alberta. Original members included: all Companions of the Order of Icarus; Trans-Canada (McKee) Trophy winners; recipients of the Victoria Cross in aerial combat; Alexander Graham Bell and F.W. 'Casey' Baldwin for designing and building the Silver Dart; Group Captain John E. Fauquier, to represent Bomber Command and Flight Lieutenant George F. 'Buzz' Beurling, to represent Fighter Command, in World War II.
