Toledo, Saginaw and Muskegon Railway Company : La Toledo, Saginaw and Muskegon Railway Company a été constituée en société commerciale le 22 janvier 1886 conformément aux lois de l'État du Michigan. Elle a construit une ligne de chemin de fer de 96,01 milles entre Ashley et Muskegon (Michigan), qui a été ouverte à la circulation le1er août 1888. Le 10 mai 1888, la Grand Trunk en a obtenu la propriété en garantissant les intérêts des obligations de la Compagnie. Le1er novembre 1928, la Toledo, Saginaw and Muskegon Railway Company a fusionné avec neuf autres compagnies pour devenir la Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company.
