Series consists of files relating to the Northern Ontario Pipeline Crown Corporation (NOPLCC) filed by project staff according to the file classification procedures used by the Defence Construction (1951) Limited (DCL). Design engineering supervision was exercised by NOPLCC, while overall construction and engineering supervision was provided by personnel from DCL. Please consult lower level descriptions.
