Sub-sub-series consists of individual sheets documenting payments under the Imperial War Service Gratuity program. They indicate the applicant's full name and dependents, individual (Imperial) service number, rank and unit(s), the amount owed to each soldier after subtracting the gratuities paid by the Imperial forces, and a record of payment. Generally, gratuity payments were made between 1919-1923, although there were adjustments into the 1930s. Payments ranged from twenty to five hundred dollars. All adjustment files for soldiers with surnames starting with D, F-Go, and J-K are missing.
