The series documents Mary Schuller-McGeachy's contributions to the work of the International Council of Women and to her presidency of the ICW from 1963 to 1973. Included are records relating to the ICW liaison with the United Nations, 1959-1967; records relating to the Schuller-McGeachy presidency including correspondence, reports, speeches, printed matter, memoranda; and seminars on various topics relating to education and training of women.

The photographs depict various triennial conferences with special emphasis on the one in Tehran, Iran in 1966. There are also photographs depicting activities of the ICW in Peru, Austria, Cameroon, Vancouver, B.C., etc.
